All new guests receiving color or extensions must have consultation prior to service.

Cancellation policy:

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time with other clients.

Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late, you may need to be rescheduled. If I have to reschedule your appointment because of this reason you will be charged a rescheduling fee, or alterations to your appointment may be needed to adjust for the time difference. You will still be charged for the booked service in this case. I reserve your scheduled time especially for you and I want you to have the best experience at your appointment as possible.

If rescheduling your appointment or changing your service is necessary, a 48 hour notice is requested.

If canceling/ changing/ rescheduling occurs with less than 48 hour notice, a 50% fee of services booked will be required before you book your next appointment. No-shows will require a fee of 100% of services booked that must be paid before booking your next appointment.

Please remember to wear old clothes you don’t mind getting stained. A smock can be provided to change into apon request if needed. I do my best to prevent stains but accidents happen when doing these types of services and I would hate for someone of value to get ruined. The salon is not liable for damaged clothing.
